How can I place an order?
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, we accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of purchase if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Custom or clearance items are not eligible.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Please contact us immediately via phone or email with your order details and photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Please note the option for arrangement of replacement is only applicable for website orders.
Cases where customers fails to clearly state the exact product variant or type they want to purchase/ send picture and give a proper order note to online representative during their order process via DM will be ignored.
We encourage website orders to avoid mistakes like this.

Yes, we provide Paid professional skincare consultations at our store & online. To Book an appointment by contacting us through our customer service channels.
